247 Radio Carz - Airport Transfers

1. Pre-Booked & Pre-Paid Service

All bookings made via airport.247radiocarz.co.uk are strictly pre-booked and pre-paid. Cash payments and on-the-spot bookings are not accepted. Once confirmed and paid, all bookings are guaranteed subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Minimum Advance Booking

All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. 247 Radio Carz reserves the right to refuse any booking that does not meet this requirement.

3. Booking Confirmation Requirements

All bookings must be fully confirmed with accurate information including:

• Correct pickup and drop-off addresses
• Valid flight number for all airport journeys
• Correct vehicle type
• Accurate number of passengers
• Accurate luggage and hand luggage details

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation without refund if the journey cannot be fulfilled safely or legally.

4. Vehicle Suitability

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct vehicle based on passenger numbers and luggage requirements. 247 Radio Carz reserves the right to refuse service or apply additional charges if the booked vehicle is unsuitable.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to a booking must be requested as early as possible. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Late changes are not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made using the same method as the original booking.

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before pickup time:

• A 5% administration surcharge will apply
• Remaining balance refunded to the original payment method

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup time:

• 100% of the booking cost will be charged
• No refund will be issued

7. No-Show Policy

If the passenger fails to attend the pickup location at the agreed time or cannot be contacted, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and charged at 100% with no refund.

8. Service Guarantee

All confirmed and paid bookings are guaranteed subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions and the accuracy of customer-provided information.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking on airport.247radiocarz.co.uk, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
